Shkelqim Bozgo
Managing Partner
Shkelqim is a Senior Executive and former Country Manager of Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP, $4bln), the largest project ever in Albania. He has nearly three decades of experience in managing large, commercial or non-profit organizations in complex and multicultural environments. He has also rich experience in the energy sector and particularly within the emerging natural gas markets via the implementation of the EU Directives.

Entela (Fico) Shehaj
Partner
Prior to founding SEA Consulting, Mrs. Shehaj spent more than a decade as member of the Board of the Albanian Energy Regulatory Authority (ERE). Mrs. Shehaj is very familiar with the third EU energy package. She has rich experience in collaborating with international institutions, such as Energy Community Secretariat, partner energy regulators and international consultants. Ms. Shehaj also serves as the Vice Rector and lecturer at Tirana Business University.

Abaz Aliko
Partner
Mr. Aliko has extensive knowledge on energy sector regulatory policy and practice, gained by 10 years of experience as a member of the ERE board as well as close co-operation with the regulatory authorities of the region, Europe and the United States. He also has a strong academics background with a Ph.D. in economics and agriculture policy from Agriculture University of Tirana, and serves as a lecturer in several universities in Albania.
